Cookie Policy

A short, plain-language explanation of how Lumina Flo uses cookies and similar technologies.

Effective August 15, 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work and to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage in your browser.

2. How we use cookies

Lumina Flo uses a small number of cookies and similar storage to:

  • Keep you signed in to your account (set by our authentication provider, Clerk).
  • Remember your preferences such as energy level, ambient sound, and motion settings.
  • Process payments securely on the checkout and customer portal pages hosted by Stripe.
  • Detect and prevent abuse and to keep the Service secure.

We do not sell information collected through cookies.

3. Categories

Strictly necessary. Required for the Service to function, including sign-in sessions and security. These cannot be turned off through the Service.

Preferences. Remember choices you make so the Service feels consistent across visits.

Third-party. Set by our service providers (such as Clerk and Stripe) on their pages to deliver authentication and payment functions.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working, including signing in.

You can also sign out at any time to clear your authentication session.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. We will update the effective date above when we do.
