This Privacy Policy describes how Lumina Flo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use luminaflo.com and the Lumina Flo mobile and web applications (together, the "Service").

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers from our authentication provider (Clerk).

Content you create. Tasks, captures, calendar entries, focus sessions, inbox items, settings, and any other content you add to the Service.

Usage data. Basic activity timestamps used to power features such as the trial countdown, weekly digest, and re-engagement nudges.

Billing information. When you start a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We retain a Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and the plan you selected.

Device and log data. IP address, browser type, and basic request metadata for security and debugging.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails such as trial reminders, payment receipts, and product updates you have opted into.
• To send occasional marketing emails about Lumina Flo. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
• To respond to support requests and to detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

• Clerk for authentication and identity management.
• Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend for transactional email delivery.
• Cloud infrastructure providers used to host the Service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the address below. After deletion, we may retain limited records for legal, billing, or security purposes.
