Terms of Service

By accessing or using luminaflo.com and the Lumina Flo mobile and web applications (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lumina Flo provides ADHD-friendly focus, task, and calendar tools. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including content and features.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the full Service. After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid plan (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Plan details and prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change.

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases providing access for as long as the Service is operated. Lifetime availability may be limited.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fees plus any taxes.

Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at the address below and we will review your request in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or any related systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract source code or non-public data from the Service except as permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without our written consent.

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Lumina Flo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Flo and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumina Flo is operated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
